I’m MD. MAHFUJUR RAHMAN — an IT Support Technician with 4+ years of hands-on experience helping home users and small businesses.

From 2022 to present, I have been working as a Self-Employed Technician. I’ve fixed 300+ computers, installed Windows 10/11 & MS Office 365, upgraded hardware, configured LAN/WiFi networks, and built websites with WordPress, Elementor & WooCommerce. I provide fast remote support via TeamViewer & AnyDesk and document every problem so it doesn’t happen again.

My core skills rated Ausgezeichnet: Computer Hardware, Networking, Windows 11, MS Office 365, WordPress & Elementor, and Hardware/Software Troubleshooting.

I am now seeking an entry-level IT Support / Helpdesk role in Austria. I am hardworking, punctual, willing to relocate and available to start immediately.
